The Standing Orders comprise six titles, the first five of which correspond to the main stages of the procedure, namely: (i) receipt by the Director-General; (ii) examination of receivability of the representation; (iii) decision on referral to a committee; (iv) examination of the representation by the committee; and (v) examination by the Governing Body.
