Encouraging the formation of a non-discriminatory policy in the workplace through advocacy to company leaders, encouraging educational programmes and ensuring the availability of HIV services (testing or access to treatment) in the company and increasing awareness and understanding of its members about HIV and the world of work in order to promote equal rights and treatment are those main roles.
