Research and analysis on supply chains

The ILO conducts significant research on topics relevant to supply chains, and has made a substantial contribution to knowledge ranging from enterprise-level issues to global estimates on trade-related employment. Most ILO research and analysis relevant to supply chains fall under a few main areas: the global functioning of supply chains and their impacts on jobs and development; their impacts on working conditions and labour rights; and, finally, the governance of labour within supply chains. Several resources are highlighted on this page and additional resources can be found on the ILO LabourDiscovery repository.
