Samoa ratifies the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144)
On 12 December 2018, Samoa deposited with the ILO the instrument of ratification of theTripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144).
Samoa is the 145th Member State of the ILO to have ratified the Convention.
The Convention No. 144 will enter into force for Samoa on 12 December 2019, one year after its ratification.
