  2. Global Employment Trends 2011: The challenge of a jobs recovery

    The annual Global Employment Trends (GET) report provides the latest global and regional estimates of employment and unemployment, employment by sector, vulnerable employment, labour productivity and working poverty, while also analysing country-level issues and trends in the labour market. Taking into account macroeconomic trends and forecasts, the GET includes a short-term outlook for labour markets around the world.

  3. Gender dimensions of agricultural and rural employment: Differentiated pathways out of poverty

    This interagency report on the gender dimension of agricultural work was produced by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Labour Office (ILO) following two years of work begun in 2009. It is the first comprehensive look at gender and work in rural areas since the start of the global economic crisis.
