Decision concerning the Report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Peru of the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111), the Workers with Family Responsibilities Convention, 1981 (No. 156), and the Safety and Health in Mines Convention, 1995 (No. 176)
In the light of the Committee’s conclusions and recommendations, the Governing Body:
(a) approved the report of the Committee contained in document GB.348/INS/5/4;
(b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedure initiated by the representation made by the National Federation of Mine, Metal and Steel Workers of Peru (FNTMMSP).
