Registration and information facilities available during the 337th Session

of the Governing Body (Geneva, 24 October-7 November 2019)

Governing Body Members, as well as ILO member States or international organizations wishing to attend the session as observers, are kindly requested to submit their credentials to the Governing Body Secretariat (governingbody@ilo.org) by Monday, 21 October 2019. They may then collect their badges, as well as those of their delegation, on presentation of the attached authorization form, duly completed. Members of delegations who already hold a permanent access badge to the ILO building do not need to collect another badge to attend the Governing Body session.

Opening hours: Thursday, 24 October to Thursday, 7 November inclusive (excluding weekends) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without interruption (outside of these hours, please contact the Control Centre at R3-North - tel: 022 799 80 15)

 

Location: R2 South level of the building, near the newsagent (access by door 4)

 

Press and media representatives are kindly requested to register with the Department of Communication and Public Information (tel: 022 799 7912, email: communication@ilo.org)

 

Information Desk

 

Opening hours: Monday, 28 October to Thursday, 7 November inclusive (excluding weekends) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Location: R3 South level of the building, near the Governing Body room (access by door 4)

Participants who have been issued an access badge specifically for the Governing Body session (consisting of an electronic white badge and a personalized badge with the details of the participant) are kindly requested to return the electronic white badge before leaving Geneva. These badges can be deposited in the boxes available at each exit of the ILO building. Participants may keep the personalized badge.
