Comments and Observations:ITF (20 July 2020)
This case can be raises a problem of the current pandemic as crew remain on board despite a request for repatriation and expired contracts.

Govt. of Indonesia (27 July 2020)
In accordance with the information that the ship is currently in Richards Bay South Africa, and we have made initial coordination with Head of Protocol and Consular Section the Indonesian Embassy in Pretoria, received information that the Indonesian seafarer is in good condition, and salaries for May and June have been paid. Whereas for the July, the payroll is already received but still waiting for the wage transferred into the account.

For the repatriation, the Principal has arranged his return ticket, but it is necessary to make sure that the flight used is available, related to the current flight conditions.

ITF (25 September 2020)
Crew were paid up until June. Some crew have left the vessel without wages. Some remain onboard.

ITF (19 October 2020)
Only 2 of the original crew remain on board and they have stopped communication with ITF. Resolved.
