Importance: High

Dear All
I’m pleased to advise that the crew of Seasafe have now been repatriated though we have yet to receive confirmation of payment of wages. My understanding is that the P&I club (The Shipowners’) had no liability due to non-payment of premiums but did offer to pay repatriation without wages. In the end owner repatriated and agreed to pay 3 months wages. Panama and FTA were also involved in the case.
I will confirm as and when wages are paid.
Best, Katie
