Establishes the Wages Advisory Board, appoints the Chairperson (P.S. The Board shall hold office for 4 years. Repeals the 2003 Notice (L.N. No. 77 of 2003).

Covers powers and duties of Labour Officers, labour contracts, recruiting and labour agents, wages, hours of work, paid leave, and occupational health and safety. Part IX regards employment of women and children; children under 14 years of age may not be employed other than in family-run enterprises. Part X prohibits forced labour, except in connection with military service, serving of a penal sentence, work required during a national emergency, or minor community service.
