Seeks to improve employment and welfare of construction workers, and to contribute to development of the construction industry. Promotes employment stability and development of vocational abilities. Also provides for mutual benefit programme for payment of retirement benefits to construction workers. Divided into 5 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 makes provision for improvement of employment of construction workers. Part 3 sets forth mutual benefit programme for retirement of construction workers. Part 4 contains supplementary, and Part 5 penal provisions.
