Provides for the establishment and operation of retirement benefit schemes for workers. Chapter 1 covers general provisions. Chapter 2 deals with severance pay system. Chapter 3 deals with the establishment of a retirement pension plan. Chapter 4 deals with retirement pension trustees and their services. Chapter 5 deals with duties of employers, trustees and the government as well as supervision of employers and trustees. Chapter 6 deals with supplementary provisions. Finally, chapter 7 deals with penalties for breaches of the Act.
