Law Prohibiting the Employment of Retired Persons. -

The law, making reference to Article 123 of the Constitution, defines the list of persons covered or excluded from the scope of the law.
Persons, subject to this Law, in case of necessity, are allowed to work. The law defines the maximum allowed hours (one-third the official office hours) and their remuneration.
