Regulation concerning procedures for the establishment, function, scope of powers and operation of centres for Islamic Labour Councils (Art. 135 Labour Code)

Approved by the Council of Ministers to cover funding or elimination of Labour Councils, conditions for candidature to Labour Councils, tasks, sessions and their activities in each province or at the national level to improve the economic situation of workers. Also provides for the election of workers' representatives to boards of inquiry and dispute boards.

Regulation to apply s.164 of the Labour Code

This Regulation provides for elections of employers' and workers' representatives to Boards of Inquiry, candidature conditions, deadlines and elections system under supervisory committees in each Province.
