Law on Reduction of Working Hours for Women with Special Circumstances. - Adoption: 2016-07-23 | IRN-2016-L-105830 The law reduces women’s working hours to eight hours per day: from forty four to thirty six hours per week, while maintaining payment for forty four hours. This applies to women having children, those with disabilities, or who have children under six years of age or sick family members in need of care.

Law on Allocation of Quotas for Women to Residency Courses in Specialized Medical Fields. - Adoption: 1993-09-29 | Date of entry into force: 1993-10-13 | IRN-1993-L-91682 The Law requires from the Ministry of Health, Medical Education and Treatment to allocate to the female candidates at least 25% of its quota for residency in such medical fields as neurosurgery, urology, orthopedic, otorhinolaryngology (E.N.T), ophthalmology, radiology, psychopathic and 50% of the quota for general cardiac surgery.

- Older Women
- Girls and Women with no legal guardians
- Children with no guardians
Provides for social and financial assistance for women and children with no guardianship, offers daily care for children and elderly women in centers run by the Welfare Organization or trusting children with no guardianship in hands of eligible volunteers.
Article 4, inter alia, provides for special financial, cultural and educational services, as well as employment, vocational trainings and job placement.
