Amendments adopted on 20 March 2015, in article 4 introduce notion of a beneficiary person; in para "g" of article 5 further develop provisions related to fundamental right of a patient to receive information about his/her health condition; in para "e" of article 5 modify provisions related to fundamental right of a patient to refuse treatment according to provisions of this law; introduces para. "t1" to article 5 on the right to participate in private law relations; modify article 7 on recognition as a beneficiary person; in article 8 modify provisions related to psychiatric care for minors of less than 16 years of age; in article 14 modify provisions on ambulatory psychiatric care; in article 15 modify provisions on stationary psychiatric care.
