Decree of the Minister of Labour, Health and Social Protection on the list of illnesses, physical and mental defects in relation to which affected persons are allowed to work under special conditions (88).

Provides the list of illnesses in accordance with article 11 paragraph 2 and article 63 of Georgian Law on Medical-Social Expertise. The list includes the international code of the illness, its name, the syndromes and its effect on working capabilities and provides for the recommended working conditions.
