(საქართველოს შრომის კოდექსში დამატების შეტანის შესახებ) - Adoption: 2009-12-28 | Date of entry into force: 2010-04-01 | GEO-2009-L-85496 Adds para "e1" to article 36 (Right to a Safe and Healthy Working Environment) of the Labour Code that reads as follows:
"e1) placement of a victim of domestic violence in a shelter and/or crisis centre when he/she cannot perform his/her job for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days in a year."
