2. The relations associated with funded pensions shall be implemented independently of the state pension and state compensation.
3. The purpose of this Law is to ensure the management of pension assets within the funded pension scheme, in accordance with the interests of participants.
4. This Law shall apply to:
a) employers;
b) citizens of Georgia, except for non-resident natural persons;
c) aliens permanently residing in Georgia and stateless persons, except for non-resident natural persons;
d) activities related to funded pensions carried out by asset management companies, specialised depositories, commercial banks, insurance companies and other entities.

This Law aims to establish a legal basis for the formation and functioning of a stable, unified public service in Georgia based on career promotion, merit, integrity, political neutrality, impartiality and accountability. The Law determines the status of a public servant, the conditions for the recruitment of qualified public officers and performance of service by them and matters of public service administration. It also regulates official legal relations between public servants in state bodies, in bodies of the autonomous republics of Abkhazia and Adjara and municipalities and in legal entities under public law, unless otherwise provided for by this Law. This law stipulates that the Law of Georgia on Public Service of 31 October 1997 and the subordinate acts adopted/issued on its basis shall be repealed from 1 January 2017.

This law stipulates that the policy implemented by the State towards high mountainous regions is part of the regional development policy of the country and is aimed at ensuring the equal socio-economic development of the entire territory of Georgia and at solving the social and economic problems of persons living in high mountainous regions. The aim of this Law is to determine the benefits of encouraging the social and economic progress of high mountainous regions as guaranteed by the Constitution of Georgia; such benefits ensure the well-being of persons living in high mountainous regions, raise living standards, promote employment and improve social and economic conditions. This Law determines basic guiding principles for the activities of the State Security Service of Georgia, its functions and competence, procedures for the performance of services by public servants of the Service, including persons with special military or state rank and their legal and social protection guarantees, the forms of control and overseeing activities of the State Security Service of Georgia and other matters. The State Security Service of Georgia is a system of special-purpose institutions of executive authority subordinate to the Government of Georgia, which ensures state security under its authority. Article 45, para. 2 (b) stipulates that minors may be obligated to start working with the assistance of a specialised state agency; Article 69, para. 4 stipulates that house arrest shall be imposed on a minor in a manner that its execution does not obstruct the performance of remunerated work or education; Article 71, para. 1 stipulates that community service shall be imposed on a minor for a period of 40 to 300 hours; Article 71, para. 3 stipulates that community service shall be imposed on a minor in a manner that its execution does not obstruct the performance of a remunerated work; Article 71, para. 4 stipulates that when imposing community service on a minor, it is desirable that the minor is assigned to work at a place where he/she can acquire the experience and skills necessary to become a member of society; Article 85 - Working opportunities of a minor stipulates that 1. An accused or convicted minor may perform remunerated work. 2. An accused or convicted minor shall work after his/her studies, and the combined time of work and education shall not exceed eight hours a day. 3. The administration of a juvenile rehabilitation facility shall promote the performance of remunerated work by minors. Accused or convicted minors may work outside the juvenile rehabilitation facility. 4. An accused or convicted minor may only perform the work that facilitates his/her professional training and employment after release, and that does not impede his/her education. 5. A convicted minor placed in a juvenile rehabilitation facility may not be employed to perform general maintenance duties.

Citizens of Member States of the European Union may enter Georgia with a travel document, as well as with an identity card issued by a Member State of the European Union. Aliens holding a Laissez-Passer - a travel document issued by the United Nations Organisation or its specialised agencies may enter and stay in Georgia without visa for one full year. In special cases, by decision of the Government of Georgia, aliens (who need visa) may be granted the right to enter and stay in Georgia without visa for one full year in cases defined under the same decision.

- les ressortissants géorgiens présentant un contrat de travail leur permettant d’exercer en France l’un des 50 métiers énumérés dans l’accord (plafond de 500 visas par an) ainsi que;
- les jeunes professionnels français et géorgiens, âgés de 18 à 35 ans, dont la France et la Géorgie s’engagent à développer les échanges et qui souhaitent améliorer leurs perspectives de carrière par une expérience de travail salarié en Géorgie ou en France (plafond de 150 visas par an).
Ces trois catégories de bénéficiaires sont autorisées à séjourner et travailler sur le territoire de l’autre État pour une durée pouvant aller jusqu’à 12 mois, avec des prolongations possibles selon les conditions de l’accord.
