| Resumen/cita: | The Order applies to all workers in both the private and public sectors. The Basic minimum wages are set out in the Schedule to the Order. The Order also deals with being paid for working overtime as well as weekly rest and paid public holidays. Repeals the Labour Institutions (Regulation of Wages and Terms of Employment) Order 2007 (GN 223 of 2007). |
