Abstract/Citation
An Act to establish a parastatal pensions scheme, a board of trustees and for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith. The Act was amended in 2008 by the Finance Act,
2008 (Act No. 13 of 2008) to give the Fund agency functions to pay pension benefits to some of the Government Pensioners on behalf of the Government.
