| Resumen/cita: | Made under Section 131 of the Constitution. Establishes a Commission for Human Rights and Good Governance. Functions of the Commission include to receive allegations and complaints respecting human rights violations, and to conduct enquiries into matters involving violation of human rights. Regulates rights and duties of Commissioners as well as complaints to, and investigations by, the Commission. Also provides for finances, audit and reports. Repeals the Permanent Commission of Enquiry Act, 1996. |
