Abstract/Citation
Inter alia, provides a new Article 5 which states that Zanzibar shall be a multiparty democracy which shall respect the Constitution, rule of law, and human rights. Adds a new Article 65(1) providing that there shall not be more than ten women members of the House of Representatives who are Zanzibaris and who shall be nominated by fully registered political parties.
