Resumen/cita: This Order makes provisions in respect of minimum wages in urban and rural areas in industrial enterprises and the plantation industry, casual employees, payment of overtime, weekly rest days and public holidays, monthly wages, and fringe benefits. It also revokes the Regulation of Wages and Terms of Employment Order, 1990.
