Introduces a new article 3-1 ss.1 (whereas the present article 3-1 ss.1 become a new article 3-1 ss.2 etc.), a new article 4-5 ss.2 and ss.3, a new article 4-6 ss.3 concerning regional safety representatives, equity boards establishment of common rates for industries, annual reports, plans and financial statements submitted the relevant Central Organizations, Labour Inspections and Ministry.

Amends chapter 9 (title), article 9-1 (title), article 9-1 ss.1 and ss.2, article 9-2 (title), article 9-2 ss.1 and ss.2, article 9-3 (title), article 9-3 ss.1 and ss.2, article 9-4 (title), article 9-4 ss.1, article 9-5 (title), article 9-5 ss.1 and article 14-2 ss.1 concerning citizens of other EEA countries or Switzerland, professional qualifications requirements and system of regional safety representatives.
