| Abstract/Citation: | According to this regulation the Pension Fund of the steel industry workers along with its responsibilities, property, assets and obligations (including obligations such as legitimate demands of pensioners) shall be transferred to the ownership of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. The law contains a table which illustrates the details of the transfer. |
