Abstract/Citation
This Regulation implements Art. 106(4) of Act No. 13 of 2003. It regulates the establishing and running procedures of Bipartite Cooperation Institutes (Lembaga Kerja Sama (LKS) Bipartit). The objective of the Institutes is to create a harmonious industrial relations, dynamic and equitable in the company.
