Sets forth provisions for retirement of disabled war veterans, as well as persons with disabilities in the general population, persons who have job related disabilities, or those who fallen ill as a result of their job. Provides for the procedures for retirement applications after twenty years of acceptable service upon their written request and approval of the application by the Administrative Council.
