| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for principles on the organization of elections, electoral rights, secret ballot, rights and responsibilities of election campaign committees, candidates' registration and status. Under Article 6, employees of the Government or Government affiliated institutions who became a member of the Parliament will receive the salary as a Parliament representative. Their previous term of office will be considered a part of their government employment history. |
