Repeals the following:
- Manpower and Transmigration Minister Regulation No. PER.16/MEN/VIII/2009 on Procedure for the Issuance of Permit Letter for the Recruitment of Indonesian Manpower Candidate Overseas;
- Manpower and Transmigration Minister Regulation No. PER.17/MEN/VIII/2009 on Performance of Final Preparation for the Departure of Indonesian Manpower Overseas; and
- Manpower and Transmigration Minister Regulation No. PER.18/MEN/VIII/2009 on Form, Requirements and Procedure to Obtain Overseas Manpower Identification Card.
