Amends article 2 (3) ss.4 (the County's duties to supervise child welfare activities in the municipality), article 2 (3b) (state supervision of child welfare), article 6 (10) (police certificate), article 9 (2) ss. 1 p.1 (concerning maintenance payments when a child is placed outside the family home).
