Abstract/Citation: Defines senior citizen as an Israeli national who has reached 65 years of age in the case of a man and 60 in the case of a woman. A senior citizen's certificate is to be issued to each of these citizens. Establishes an Advisor on senior citizens affairs to the Prime Minister as well as a public council on senior citizens affairs to initiate and formulate activities and recommendations calculated to improve the quality of life of senior citizens.
