Abstract/Citation: Describes the rights of the civil servants and judges when they take parental leave. They have the right to take leave until the child is three years old or in case of adoption three years after the adoption and at the latest before the child is eight years old. During that time, the parents can take the leave together or alone, and can keep working part time. They cannot be fired during that period.
