Amends articles 145 (production of unsafe medical supplies), 152 (illegal transportation of solid waste, liquid waste or gaseous waste from outside China into the territory), 155 (smuggling of goods), 244(a) (employment of a minor under the age of 16 years to do dangerous work), 339 (waste), 344 and 345 (illegal felling or destruction of precious trees or other plants under special State protection, or illegal purchase, transportation, processing or selling of such trees or plants) and 399 (corruption of judicial officer).
