Abstract/Citation: | Employers are obliged to make manpower reports to be sent to the competent authority and collected in an electronic database (SI DEPNAKER). The model for the report is annexed to the regulations. The information is to be made accessible to employers and manpower supervisory units. Repeals Regulations No. PER-06/MEN/1995 on Manpower Reporting Procedures in Companies and Decree No. KEP-107/MEN/1981 on Appointment of Officials Assigned to Receive Mapower Reports in Companies. |
