Abstract/Citation: Amends the Labour Code Order, 1992. Establishes an Industrial Relations Council, an Office of the Director of Dispute Prevention and Resolution, and provides for the appointment of the President and Deputy President of the Labour Court. In addition, sets forth various dispute resolution procedures including conciliation and arbitration, and establishes the obligation to bargain in good faith.
