| Abstract/Citation: | Implements Art. 98 of Act No. 13 of 2003. Provides for National, Provincial and and Municipal Wage Councils and sets forth their roles and membership. Inter alia, the National Wage Council provides the government with wage policy advice and recommendations, and the Provincial and Municipal Wage Councils recommend municipal and sectoral minimum wages. Repeals Decision No. 58 of 1969 concerning the National Wage Research Council. |
