| Abstract/Citation: | Harmonizes the Act with European Law. Makes, inter alia, provision for safety systems, safety training, information concerning vessels safety, pollution, duties of shipowners and sets up simililar provisions for inland transport. Also amends Act 21 March 1991 on maritime territories of Republic of Poland and maritime administration, Act of 16 March 1995 on prevention of maritime pollution and Act of 21 December on inland transport. |
