Abstract/Citation: Regulates disciplinary matters in the Indonesian Police. Divided into 6 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Regulations apply to members of Indonesian Police, and people abiding Indonesian Police members on the basis of laws in force. Does not apply to Indonesian Police members serving jail sentences. Part 2 provides for obligations of Indonesian Police members. Also regulates sanctions. Part 3 makes provision for settlement of disciplinary matters. Part 4 deals with placement of Indonesian Police members in special places. Parts 5 and 6 contain transitional and concluding provisions.
