Makes provision for sailing books (Section III), vessel crews (Section IV), establishment and termination of employment relationships on board (Section V), shipowner's and worker's obligations (Section VI), working hours on board and compensatory leave (Section VII), vacation leaves (Section VIII), work on board fishing boats (Section IX), seafarers' collective agreement and rules of working and living on board vessels (Section X), and violation of workers' rights (Section XI).
