Regulates the placement of Indonesia's workers in foreign countries. Chapter II deals with Indonesia's manpower service company, Chapter III with the implementation of placement, Chapter IV with placement by government agencies, state enterprises and private companies, and Chapter V with individual placement. Chapter VII provides for the promotion, control and evaluation of placement.
