Abstract/Citation: Determines rules governing the protection of secret information which needs to be protected against unauthorised disclosure and which is considered a "state or service secret." Establishes a Secret Information Protection Committee which shall act as a consultative and advisory body under the supervision of the Council of Ministers. Inter alia, provides a classification of secret information, and regulates access to and control of such information.
