Abstract/Citation: Amends the Fifth Capital-Investment Act of 4 March 1994 (BGBl. I S. 406). Inter alia, adds a new s. 5a requiring employers who remunerate employees with capital-forming payments in relation to their own enterprise to make arrangements with employees in the case of insolvency of the enterprise.
