Requires Indonesian workers stationed abroad to join the protection insurance program, which shall provide benefits and legal aid in cases of accident or death of an employee, or in cases of termination of an employment relationship due to an accident, sickness, employer bankruptcy, inhuman treatment by employer, or failure of an employer to pay wages or to respect workers' rights.
