Abstract/Citation: Contains 18 sections covering, inter alia, scope of application, definitions, list of jobs which shall be permitted for children of 13 years of age, evaluation of hazardous work, prohibition against night work and hazardous work, training and information, parental approval, and employers' duty to list children and youth engaged by them. Repeals four Provisions (Nos. 8897 of 1977, 9347 of 1977, 9346 of 1977 and 1226 of 1983) regarding work by young persons.
