Abstract/Citation
Provides comprehensive legislation concerning the employment of civil servants. Employment relationship is established by way of appointment for an unlimited period of time. Civil servants shall be employed full time. Chapter V governs the termination of employment. Provides that the remuneration of civil servants shall be a basic salary allocated to the individual position and a premium for incorporation into one of the civil service categories. Chapter VIII provides that civil servants shall be entitled to training and professional development.
