Abstract/Citation: Regulates the conditions for creating private child care facilities by agreement between two or more families. Generally, such child care is offered in a home, for a maximum of five children who are more than three years old, under the direction of an employed assistant. Provides for rules concerning the premises, the educational requirements of the assistant, as well as exceptions to the general rules.
