Abstract/Citation
Provides for the formation of Farm Corporations (Joint Stock Companies) whose shareholders are essentially the landowners. The shareholders shall transfer to the company their exclusive rights on utilisation of their land. These companies are entitled to receive the exclusive right of the Government to utilize uncultivated lands.
