Abstract/Citation: |
Such allowances, generally amounting to one month's wage, shall be paid by employers to workers or their families no less than seven days before religious holidays in cash or kind, but not with strong drinks, drugs or drug materials. Religious holidays are Id'ul Fitr for Islamic workers, Christmas day for Catholic and Protestant workers, Caka New Year's Day of Quiet for Hindu workers and Waicak Day for Buddhist workers. |
