Abstract/Citation: Regulates functional positions of Civilian Civil Servants. Functional positions are positions for which the tasks, responsibilities, authority and rights of Civilian Civil Servants in an organizational unit are indicated, and for which implementation of tasks is based on the independant exercise of certain expertise and/or skills. The purpose of the Regulations is to develop professionalism in the civil service and to improve its quality.
